We completely understand that there will be times when you are unhappy with your purchase. Whatever the reason might be, we want you to know that we want to make up for your dissatisfaction by allowing you to return the product you purchased from us within 30 days and we will be more than happy to process a full refund – that’s 100% of the product purchase price excluding any applicable shipping and handling fees.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you need to return an item, please call us at 1-800-941-4200 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
  • We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item) or if an item is defective.
  • Otherwise, if you want to return an item that is in perfect working condition and you are simply unhappy with it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If your order qualified for Free Shipping, you may return new, unopened items with original packaging and tags for a full refund minus our cost of shipping your order.
  • Please Include the Following with your Return:
  1. A copy of the original invoice or packing slip
  2. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box
  3. Send to the address we provided you

Important note: If your return does not have an RMA number and a copy of the invoice, you will be charged a 10% return fee.

For sanitary purposes, please return clean products:

Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them or show other signs of serious wear and tear are not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse or return back any any products that are unsanitary and show excessive signs of use.

The final step:

Once we have processed your return, we will issue a refund to the credit card you used to make your purchase from us. You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days after we have received your return. It may take your bank a few days to post the refund to your account. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed your return.
