That is why each and every purchase you make with us is covered with a 30-Day Return Policy so that you may return a product and request for a full refund within 30 days of purchase excluding any applicable shipping and handling fees.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund of 100% of the product purchase price. If you need to return an item, please call us toll free at 1-800-941-4200 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
Manufacturer’s Replacement Warranty Coverage Included In All Items
You are also protected against factory defects with our warranty coverage. The warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer’s restrictions and regulations. Some manufacturers include a 1-Year Warranty while some include a 90-Day Warranty only. This warranty coverage means that we will happily replace a defective product within the coverage period.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item) or if an item is defective. Otherwise, if you want to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If your order is qualified for our free shipping, you may return new, unopened items with original packaging and tags for a full refund minus our cost of shipping your order.
Here’s a completed to-do list of everything you need to know about processing a return or replacement for a product:
- Please include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
- Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Send to the address we provided you.
- If your return does not have an RMA number and a copy of the invoice, you will be charged a 10% return fee.
- Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them or display other signs of prolonged use are not eligible for a refund or return. Please make sure that the product you are returning is clean and sanitary.
- Once we have processed your return, we will issue a credit to the credit card you used to make your purchase from us. You should expect to receive your refund within 3 - 5 business days after we have received your return. It may take your bank a few days to post the refund to your account. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed your return.
Refused / Return To Sender
If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 10% restocking fee.
